01Agreeing to these terms
These terms apply when you use 1Threads, including this website, the dashboard, the live demo and the REST API (together, "the service"). By using the service you agree to them. If you use it for a company or brand, you agree for that organisation too, and confirm you can do so.
02The service
1Threads lets you write, schedule and publish Threads posts and see analytics about them. It works through Meta's official Threads API. 1Threads is not made, endorsed or supported by Meta, and Threads is a trademark of Meta.
03Your account
- You must be at least 13, and old enough to use Threads where you live.
- Only connect Threads accounts you own or are allowed to manage, and keep your sign-in details and API keys private.
- You're responsible for what happens under your account, including posts scheduled by your scripts through the API.
- Tell us straight away at support@smanager.mrfirdavs.uz if you think someone else has access.
04Your content
Your posts, media and data stay yours. You give us permission to store, process and publish them only as needed to run the service for you, for example to upload an image to Threads at the time you scheduled.
You're responsible for your content, and you confirm you have the rights to post it. See the privacy policy for how we handle your data.
05Acceptable use
When you use 1Threads, you agree to follow Meta's terms and Threads' community guidelines, and not to:
- Post spam, or run fake or automated engagement such as follow or reply farming.
- Post anything illegal, infringing, hateful, harassing or deceptive.
- Get around plan limits, Threads API rate limits or our security, or access other people's data.
- Overload the service, scrape it, or resell it without our written permission.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
06The REST API
API keys act for the account that created them. Treat them like passwords, and revoke any key you think has leaked. We may rate-limit, change or retire API endpoints; we'll give notice in the API docs before breaking changes where we can.
07Plans and billing
- The Free plan is free, with the limits shown on the pricing page.
- Pro is billed monthly or yearly in advance and renews automatically until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
- Prices are listed on the pricing page. If we change them, we'll tell you before your next renewal.
- Unless the law says otherwise, payments are not refundable.
08Threads and third parties
Publishing and analytics depend on Meta's Threads API. Meta can change, limit or switch off API features, and that can affect what 1Threads can do. We're not responsible for Meta's services, or for posts that fail or are removed because of Meta's rules.
09Availability and changes
We work to publish every post on time, but we can't promise the service will always be available or error-free. We may change, add or remove features. If we ever shut the service down, we'll give you notice and a way to export your data.
10Ending your use
You can stop using 1Threads and delete your data at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk. Where we reasonably can, we'll warn you first.
11Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Analytics and insights are estimates based on data from the Threads API and are not guarantees of future results.
As far as the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, followers or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
12Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. If you keep using the service after that, you accept the new terms.
