01Who we are

1Threads is a scheduler and analytics dashboard for Threads. This policy explains what information 1Threads handles when you visit this website, try the live demo or connect a Threads account, and the choices you have. When we say "we" or "us", we mean the team that runs 1Threads. You can reach us at support@smanager.mrfirdavs.uz.

02Information we collect

We only collect what we need to schedule your posts and show you your numbers.

• Threads account data. When you connect an account through Meta's official Threads API, Meta gives us an access token and the data you allow: your username, display name and profile picture, your posts and replies, their insights (views, likes, replies, reposts, quotes, shares, link clicks) and follower counts and demographics.
• Content you create. Drafts, scheduled posts, polls, thread chains, the photos and videos you upload to the media library and how you group them.
• API keys. If you create a key for the REST API, we keep a name for it and a one-way hash. The key itself is shown once and can't be read back.
• Technical data. Your IP address when you sign in, used to slow down repeated wrong passwords, and the request logs our hosting provider keeps to run and protect the service.

We never see or store your Threads or Instagram password. The live demo runs on sample data in your browser: nothing you do there is published or saved on our servers.

03How we use it

• To publish your posts to Threads at the time you choose, and retry or report failures.
• To show your analytics, content insights, best times to post and follower history.
• To show unanswered replies and send the replies you write.
• To keep your account secure and the service running reliably.
• To answer you when you write to us.

04What we don't do

• We don't sell your data or share it with advertisers.
• We don't show ads, and we don't use your content to train AI models.
• We don't use third-party analytics, tracking pixels or advertising cookies on this site.
• We don't post anything to Threads you didn't write or schedule.

05Who we share it with

We share data only with the services that make 1Threads work:

• Meta, through the Threads API, to publish your posts and read your account data. Meta's own privacy policy applies to what you post on Threads.
• Cloudflare, which hosts the app, its database and media storage, and processes the data on our behalf.
• A payment provider, once paid plans open. It will handle your card details; we will never store them.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the service.

06Storage and security

Data is stored with Cloudflare and may be processed in any country where Cloudflare runs its network. Everything travels over HTTPS.

• Threads access tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM.
• API keys are stored only as SHA-256 hashes.
• Sign-in sessions are signed, HTTP-only cookies.

Photos and videos you attach to posts are served from unguessable URLs, because Threads has to download them to publish. Anyone who has one of those links can open that file, just as anyone can see it once it's posted.

07Cookies and local storage

We set one essential cookie, smanager_session, which keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. Your browser's local storage remembers preferences like the colour theme. There are no tracking or advertising cookies, so there is nothing to opt out of.

08How long we keep it

We keep your posts, media and analytics while your account is active, so your history stays complete. Records of failed sign-ins are only kept to slow down password guessing and are cleared once they're no longer needed. When you disconnect an account or ask us to delete your data, we remove it from our database and media storage within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep something longer.

09Deleting your data

You can stop 1Threads from accessing your Threads account at any time:

• Remove the account in 1Threads under Settings, or
• In the Threads app, go to Settings → Account → Website permissions and remove 1Threads.

To have everything we hold about you deleted, email support@smanager.mrfirdavs.uz from the address on your account, or name the Threads username. We'll confirm when it's done.

10Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under the GDPR and the CCPA, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to complain to your local data protection authority. Email support@smanager.mrfirdavs.uz and we'll respond within 30 days.

11Children

1Threads is not meant for anyone under 13, or the minimum age to use Threads in their country. We don't knowingly collect data from children. If you think a child has given us data, contact us and we'll delete it.

12Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. If a change affects how we use data you've already given us, we'll tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect.
